This week was a full of celebrations in Max's class. Yesterday was field day and today was the wonderful wedding of the letters Q and U. The wedding was played out just like a real one with a bride and groom. Max had the honor of being the ring bearer to his friend the groom, Bobby. Callie Beth, the bride Q, fit the role perfectly as she instructed her groom what to do when it came time to exchange rings. The rest of the class were attendants and other wedding party roles. After the wedding we all celebrated with cake, punch, mints, and other goodies. The kids were all so good looking in their wedding attire. Many parents, grandparents, and the book buddy 5th grade class attended the wedding as guests. I am so glad that Max's teacher takes the time and effort to put on these special moments. The kids will remember this wedding forever.
