Max's Tri-Boro

Max competed in his third triathlon this weekend.  He has really gotten into these races and love the thrill of competing individually.  He did great this weekend and came home with another second place.  We are proud of him as he ends his 2013 season with two second places and one third place.  He really has his eyes set high next year with a first place win.  

Uncle Jon stopped by with the firetruck after the race.  Logan, Max, and Mary Kate loved checking it out.

H'ville Kids Triathlon

Max conquered his second triathlon this weekend with a second place win.  He felt like it was the good luck from the swim cap that Mr. Scott drew for him.  This race was much smoother for Max since he had a little experience.  He swim the freestyle the entire time and stayed away from the backstroke like he did in the Nashville race.  In May he got confused when those around him started backstroking during the race.  He thought he was suppose to do that too and he comprised some of his time.  He poured it on at this last race.  I don't think I have ever seen his little legs move that fast while he ran.  We are very proud of him and all his sport endeavors.
